Raj brings to Enterpriseforce over a decade of international experience in consulting, technology and business with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cognizant. He has also worked on a National Science Foundation project developing algorithms for sensor planning / robotics at Carnegie Mellon's Robotics Institute, the world's first and largest such institute. Raj holds a B.E. from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University, USA
Howard James Scott
Former Chief Operating Officer, Supply Chain Division, GATI
Howard is the founder Director of Big Bear Enterprises, a company focused on the Indian cold chain. Earlier, he was the Chairman of the Operating Board as well as the Chief Operating Officer of RedSun, the Gati limited Supply Chain Management Division. Immediately before arriving in India he was the Owner and Managing Director of his own Supply Chain Consultancy Practice working in Mainland Europe, Africa and The Middle East.
In his corporate tenure Howard also worked with global retail and FMCG firms such as IKEA, Woolworth's & Kingfisher and international supply chain companies like Maersk, Lego, Mitsubishi and Syngenta.
For many years before joining industry Howard was in the British Army. Howard is a graduate of the Prestigious Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, England and the Royal Military College of Science and for post graduate studies he studied Quality Management (Supply Chain) and Strategic Options at Sunderland and Reading University Business Schools respectively.
Dr. Srikanth Sundarajan
Formerly CTO, Cognizant Technology Solutions, CTO / VP, HCL Group, COO, Persistent Systems
Srikanth headed the technology function for companies ranging from NSADAQ 100 listed Cognizant Technology Solutions, HCL Group and more recently he was the COO for Persistent Systems at a time when it went public with an IPO which was over-subscribed 93.6 times. Srikanth holds a Ph.D. from the University of Urbana at Illinois Champagne (UIUC) and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.

Vasu Ramanujam has over 24 years of managerial experience in manufacturing and software development in India. He has the unique combination of technical, leadership and entrepreneurial skills necessary to build, grow and sustain software development teams. He has prior experience with Alfa Laval, a Swedish multinational; Tigrsoft (later acquired by Matrikon); Seacom, a provider of retail software; and CCTechSchool, a provider of e-learning solutions.
Vasu holds a B. Tech. and an M. Tech. from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) in Mumbai, India.

Nitin has headed the US and European business of Aujas Networks, which has been funded by IDG ventures ($4 million). Nitin is a seasoned senior executive with significant leadership experience in start-ups, sustaining exponential growth, building organizations and transforming them into multi-million dollar businesses. He has held executive positions with global multi-billion dollar organizations, managed large P/L, sales and delivery of consulting services, managed teams of over 1000+ people and set up strategic consulting hub and offshore delivery centres across the globe. He has served Fortune 100 clients, managed and directed several projects around corporate and business strategy, growth consulting, IT strategy and business alignment, innovation and change management. He has proven subject matter expertise in information security, privacy and continuity services.
Nitin holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Tech. from College of Engineering (CoE) Trivandrum
Former SVP, Arshiya & Former Chief Cold Chain Officer, GATI
Captain Pawanexh Kohli is a business leader, having special interest in cold chain management. His forte lies in managing the people and the product life cycle of perishables and temperature sensitive goods in the cold supply chain. He was earlier a mariner for 26 years. Amongst others, he was the Master and Captain of one of the world's largest refrigerated cross-ocean carriers (reefer ship), including what was the world's largest specialized refrigerated container ship. He started in this profession as a cadet in 1981 and commandeered large ships for the final 14+ years. In December 2010 he was acknowledged the "Cold Chain Personality of the year" by an expert panel from KPMG at an award summit hosted by KPMG-Supply Chain Leadership Council.
